I fully support Eco friendly products. But I feel like a pair of glasses only uses a small amount of material and lasts for years. The impact is minimal when compared to other consumer habits. If anything it could backfire and make consumer think they have done enough for the environment.

Wood Glasses were a thing 30 years ago, it never caught on, maybe it was ahead of its time!!
That price per pair of glasses is crazy. They should have thrown him out instead of encouraging him in the beginning. I pay 10 times less than that for my cheap glasses. Also, he should have just offered both companies at a fair price. If they gave him money and then he ignored this business, he would walk away with the payday. So of course they should not have offered him anything without the winter hat business.
