Yes I think foam is so much better to use for baby hairs on a wig if you like that fluffy look. I use Nairobi too! I curl them & then form the hairs the way I like, & lay them down with a wrapping strip & allow them to dry & then comb them out. Once I learned to finesse the fluffy soft look you couldn’t tell me nothing 😂
