It was super windy! We've noticed that most days around mid-day it's been really windy, especially if you're close to the water! But it definitely helps on warm days :)
Hey guys, I would definitely recommend hiking up to the San Giovani fortress, the view is amazing, but it is an effort for sure, pick the time of the day, when its not too hot, but its not that hot yet, its only april, so yeah u will love that im sure, also im a guide on all kinds of tours in Kotor, and i would recommend, hiking up to Gornji Stoliv, its so cool, and the view is also amazing, also another super interesting one can be visiting island Lady Of The Rocks, and visiting the Old town of perast, and of course, take a walk down the corso, its near dobrota, in the night, its amazing, and there are many cool resturants and caffes, where you can sit next to the sea and enjoy the night and all the coast lights, great videos, this is so exciting!
Yes, I think that is a fig tree...we have fig trees here in Northern California...but that is a really mega producing tree...lots of clusters of baby figs ready to grow...fresh figs right off the tree are the best...yes I love the smell of lilacs...so nice.
Brother ,I think you should worry more way you dress up then about top water. I know it feels hot and nice but that kind of weather is very tricky . You got sick very easy when you walking a lot and you get hot and it's not June or July. If you see locals ,they still wearing long sleves sweaters or light jackets . It's not time for t-shirts yet.
Good luck with the tap water....I don't think I would risk it 🤣 It would really suck to have stomach issues outside not knowing where the bathrooms are 🤣 I know when I was living in Mexico I never drank the water and not even drinks with ice cause the ice will melt into my drink haha They call it "Moctezuma's revenge" because their food/water sometimes gives us stomach problems. 😆 The coffee drink looks amazing, like a milkshake 😋
Water is safe to drink there. I don't get why Americans flat out refuse to drink tap water. When I used to live in SF people were surprised I didn't buy bottled water. Never had a single issue.
If you want a great place to eat that has traditional food and is great price I was there In Montenegro last year it’s called Mesara Tanjga , it’s just outside the South Gate of the walled city . It was recommended by my host who I was staying with and it didn’t disappoint. Enjoy your stay
Yeah cats deal with poisonous snakes and thats why there is a lot of them, be aware of horned viper and vipera berus if you step out in nature, or visiting upper town in Kotor, and dont miss it - you are in perfect period when snakes are not out yet and views are unimaginable. Or bring your cat to let it go first in row as a detector :D also i must say montenegro is beautifull and you came in best moment, in summer its unbearable crowded, you travel from town to town in hours, beaches are full and dirty so impression would be completely diferend. In this time of year you will experience natures beauty in its full potential. Also dont miss walk trough maybe the most beautifull place in montenegro, royal park in Milocer, a walk from Przno to saint Stefan.
I personally have never been in Montenegro for holidays, (I just passed on the train to ferry going Belgrade - Italy) what I know is what one learns at school, basically. Of course, I knew about the bay and stuff, but, from this video and your story I can deduct that rather than two bikes, you should rent one boat and probably row across to get some extra feeling. Nick, take advantage of your Belgrade gym experience, put it in practice.

Lotsa L❤VE for You Two !
Thank you so much! :)
You have found a breathtaking place! Looking forward to following along and seeing all the beauty you find there!
So beautiful, it seems really windy at around 6:37 minutes. It is like a paradise there...also very relaxing compared to a big city. ☀🌴🏖🚲🚲☺😺

Love your vlog! What’s the name of the restaurant where you had lunch? 🇦🇺🦘
It's called Little Bay!

10:55 So cute ♥
Italian name of the town is Cattaro, but the word for cat is gatta so maybe some medieval mistake in transliteration...
Beautiful Montenegro.
I miss Montenegro, i have to go this year

Thank you for the recommendation! I agree, I think this is the perfect time to visit based on both the weather and lack of crowds.

a boat is too adventurous and not too safe, bikes are better for touring!
@@frostflower5555 It would be fun to go in a boat, but with so much wind the water may be very choppy and yeah, maybe not very safe. 🤔
We're definitely planning to get on a boat and see some more of the bay soon - thanks for the recommendation!
