@indianrailways Small correction! 765 km is the inflated distance (chargeable distance). The actual distance covered by Madgaon JS is 572 km. I agree that average speeds in Kerala are quite pathetic.
Mani Vijay Yes.. During 2006-09, I used to take the 2075 regularly to Trivandrum during my stay at Ernakulam.. I Remember once travelling in SL1 in 2007, and hearing all kinds of sounds the ALCo made.. :) Was studying in 7th std back then.. :) The vendor we usually met in the train back then,has set up a tea shop near my home (in Trivandrum) now.. :)
