I have a problem with both of them. I´ve tried doing a hard reset, but didn´t work. None of them is giving any signal, and seems both earplugs aren´t being charged. I also tried cleaning the conector.
Same here!. My case have battery but when i put the earplugs they don't charge :c and also the led indicator show no signal. If i charge the earplugs while the case is conecting in the usb all works just for some minutes :c
this saved my babiesssssss. I have the genshin earbuds and hadant used them in over a year cause one was barely audible and the other didnt work at all. it really just needed the cleaning and everything was as good as new. im so happy i can use them again T-T

Thank you. I found out that the problem with low sound of the right bud was the dirt collected on its sound outputs. I cleaned them with a small brush as you did and the problem got fixed. Before that I reset and reconnected it to my device.

Thank you so much! I had a problem with right earphone, it was a way quieter then left one. I just took a toothbrush with a soft bristles and cleaned microphones and speaker (after removing the rubber covers or whatever it's named) :D
Resetting actually fixed them. Decent instructions. I'll go one step further and suggest before pairing them to switch region to India or smth if you live in the EU since we have guidelines on headphones and the maximum volume is throttled . Since doing the whole process (clean, reset, region) they are actually louder than before 😚

Nice videos dude. You really should do one video explaining how to pair Redmi buds 3 lite youth edition with each other.. o tried literally every possible way I have found on the internet, but NOTHING worked ☹️☹️
Pro tip: if you use a Xiaomi device, and suffer from low volume on these buds, Go to menu > sounds > additional settings Then disable Dolby Atmos, play around with hearing adjustment and maybe apply a specific headphone adjustment. This made my buds output much louder !

My left earbud keeps going from full to 5% in less than 10-20 mins while the right is still between 80-100% and resetting didn't work. There are no Xiaomi stores in my region that could replace them.
During a music session my left earbud all of a sudden stopped functioning, except all of the gestures still working. I've tried resetting them, and charging them 100%. But I've discovered, if you apply pressure in a very specific spot, the earbud starts playing music again. So i can conclude that the speakers aren't damaged, since they work fine. The same about the battery, and the communication module, since they can turn on,change anc mode, pause/skip music, and (if pressed correctly) actually play sound i took out the rubber thingy and discovered that when i push with my thumb against the side of the speaker the music plays. im sensing the problem is the ear sensor. what do you guys think ?

Hello, Generally speaking, I recently lost the case for these headphones because I was wearing them and then the case fell out of my pocket. And they were left without the case for several hours. And when I finally put them in the case, just show me in the settings that the left one doesn't seem to work even when I charged it and the line just shows up. Si les pasaba como a mi que no se escuchaba de un lado, les confirmo que era por que estaba sucio, no se por que pero tienen un sencor aun no le vean sucio pasenle un trapito con alcohol medio humedo por todas partes y limpienlo bien junto al estuche por dentro ( con el pañito) puede ser un pañito de limpiar lentes, bueno ese fue el que use y si funciono. Its beacuse of mic that try to balance audio from outside with what you hear , it make balance , cleaning will help in most cases

Cleaning really helped. Main thing is not only clean it with a flushable but also with a brush (i used teeth brush)

Nice! Cleaning works, but I have after trying with a toothbrush and a little isopropanol that did not work, used a compressor that works.

did you try to clean it ? clean the small holes with baby toothbrush soft and use a little alcohol for cleaing , (clean speaker clean all the mics)

its because connection metal oxidation and this prevent charging , so clean metallic pins and will work

hi i have recently bought the earbuds for 3 days and my problem is that whenever im taking a call from messenger it seems that it is disconnecting from the wifi and ending the call however if i listen music its seems fine what can i do with this?

you have to clean it , clean mics carefully you don't have to damage mics , after you clean it will work better the quality of the sound

Can u help me? Recently the right bud isn't working properly, the sensor does't work, also the touch panel isn't working which means I can't use gestures in the right side, but I can hear music.
And because of this, I can't also use the noise cancelation.
Just clean microphones with something like pin and you solve problem
