if the seller is in a trust do I put the "seller" as the name of a trust and then do a rcsd-s so that person can sign on behalf of the trust? Do the other people in the trust have to sign the rcsd-s?
Thank you as always. I do have a question if you can take a moment to clear something for me. Lets say I negotiated with the seller a 3% commission for my Brokerage. In regards to dual Agency where, on this form, can you put language such as "If listing/sellers agent enters dual agency, compensation will 4%." Thank you in advance
That should not be done on this form. This is part of the post-lawsuit changes. Any compensation going to a buyer's agent must be done on the BRBC and later requested on the RPA. The closest thing is a seller's agent being paid extra for an UNREPRESENTED buyer only.
Amazing videos thank you so much!
You’re the best at this! You make it really easy to understand. Thank you! 🙏🏻 😊
Love the end! Real succinct and to the point! Merry Christmas 🎄🎁

Yes, trust name = seller name. Just the trustee(s) signs.
