If your main trading station is a laptop then you can travel anywhere and be comfortable while working. I trade from a laptop, also. I can do it anywhere.

I can always get back in again. but ya account went from 81k to 39k. wanted to get out with what remained of my account. Just found your channel today and liked and subscribed.

I have an adjustable height desk. Theyre awesome! However, get a manual one. Its a bitch to work a crank/lever compared to just pressing a button but trust me.....the electric ones WILL have a problem (unless theres a super high end one that I've never seen). whether its in a few weeks, months, or year, you will get caught with your desk in standing position. Start with one pair. Maybe 2. Learn everything you can about what makes this move. You can kill it with 1 or 2 pairs. Just be realistic. 10 to 20 pips a day. This is a reasonable target. Best pairs to trade are the majors. Maybe pick something you are familiar with....like your own currency. You should have some idea what makes it move right. So that's a no brainer place to start. This setup is crazy. I love it. I have one monitor running metals. one running my fav four currency pairs. and one running futures. My stocks i day trade. I see news. I grab the hot items and ride them for 3 hours and run. I don't really need a monitor for that... just a news flash thingy. So i have a monitor locked on a website that does hot stock picks. Hot news etc. so i have 4. And my trading day is usually about 4 hours ish. for me that's 4 to 8 am PST. so getting in on the London NY overlap is the goal. the first hour is mostly setting up trade ideas. What i trade the most is Gold, Silver, WTI crude, EJ, EN, GJ, GN. This is my top 7 victims.
@@japantrader4529 you have to DIG. There is unfortunately no one site for all markets. And getting a live ticker and live news feeds is even harder and frequently requires $$$$.
@@japantrader4529 What you want to search for is stuff like live news feeds. particularly financial related. Subscribe to financial papers or get on the websites of them. This way you get stuff like Tesla announcements for example. Once the news breaks the stock will start to move. Give it a few minutes to get rolling. Seriously.... Some BIG traders may have expected something from certain stocks and priced in expectations. That may not be met. So... sometimes the initial reaction is the exact opposite of what you would expect. Basically. if the news is good it should go up. so wait for that to start happening. This is not about getting every pip. it's about getting a piece of the action. Like i said. i ride it for about 3 hours. It's likely to move for a good chunk of the day and even week. I just want a piece of that first initial impulse wave. consistence has more value then chasing every pip. Doing something daily for low risk and decent profit. I don't care about the big money. Never have. I have always shot for a day's pay as the goal. A few pips. a piece of the action. And as a result. What was once $1 a point is now $1000 a point.
love the setup! Had the same chair but had to return it. Gaming chair is not ideal for long periods of time. Try an ergonmic office chair vs those gaming chairs. It puts those gaming chairs to shame.

Nice set up. I have four 24 inch monitors and I love it. The monitors I have are gaming quality and I paid to much for them. Interesting he mentioned desktop and I have one but I build my own and boy is it to much for trading that's for sure but hey what can I say. Oh! I also have a standing desk too. Altogether I paid for everything about $2500 because of the quality. You get what you pay for. lol
