super 17 will be DLC in the future sadly and im pretty sure Trunks (GT) may be an alternate costume for sword Trunks (they already confirmed some outfits can change movesets so it would actually be a different character)
GT Trunks is fine as a skin tbh. He was barely a character in GT and didn't show off much to make a whole new moveset out of. And we already have the best version of him confirmed.
