It is clear the ICC has jurisdiction as Palestine on 1 January 2015, the Government of Palestine ("Palestine") lodged a declaration under article 12(3) of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (“Rome Statute” and “Court” or “ICC”) accepting the jurisdiction of the Court over alleged crimes committed "in the occupied Palestinian territory, including East Jerusalem, since June 13, 2014". On 2 January 2015, Palestine acceded to the Rome Statute by depositing its instrument of accession with the UN Secretary-General. The Rome Statute entered into force for Palestine on 1 April 2015.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) should issue arrest warrants for U.S. leaders as well, holding them accountable for thier crimes, just as it does for leaders from other countries.

don't forget, the US passed a law in 2002 called the American Service Member Protection Act, which basically states that if a US service member (or allied service member) is tried by the ICC and has to be extradited for trial, the US can and will send troops to the Hague. Essentially they can invade the Netherlands if they're held accountable for their actions. Rules for thee but not for me.
