I love the fact that she’s being exposed, she engaged in that conduct just as much as Laurie and Chad. She didn’t murder anybody, but she sure didn’t help by fueling the fire.

What is really concerning is how willing he is to do anything to confuse the jury with his misstatements of testimonies and stating facts not in evidence…and the constant narratives. He’s definitely a snake in the grass.

And all of his "gotchas" are so not what he thinks they are. His version of a gotcha is calling her out because she can't remember where she ate dinner that Saturday (4.5 years ago) or who did what... At the time, it was just a weekend with friends. It wasn't until much later that that weekend was put under a microscope. FWIW, I think she has a rather normal memory. I can't remember where or what I ate two weekends ago or exactly what text message I sent to someone 4 years ago, especially if I communicated a lot with that person.

He just assigned dark spirit designations to everyone that stood in the way of his possession of Lori Vallow. He conspired with Lori to get Alex to kill the kids and Charles Vallow. Chad may have killed his wife, but I haven’t heard much to that affect. It’s interesting that Chad’s own children never appeared “dark”. Lucky for them that their father was the one doing the assigning.

I know defense attorneys have a job to do, but his condecending tone and his repetitive "I guess I just need help understanding..." is just so hard to listen to after a while!
If I was on the jury, I would really dislike this approach bc Its not necessary to play this sarcastic coy pr*ck with every witness and every question. Its incessant and so over done at this point!

The defense attorney's questions are TERRIBLE. Very rarely does he actually ask an open ended question. Just stating your narrative/leading questions and adding "right" & "correct" should have been objected to with nearly every. single. question. Very aggravating!

@@JoBeth-tw6ki He is getting paid public defender rates (with tax payers money) now that Chad has been declared indigent. In fact, the judge used approving the payment as one of the justifications for denying Prior's request to get off the case.
Too bad the Stste of Idaho can't afford a second chair and a law clerk. He is seriously out-gunned. I wonder if this will be a reason for an appeal.
@@saharaussery6799 incorrect. He cannot get public defender money as he is not death penalty certified. If you go back and watch the case where Prior brought his motion to withdraw, Judge Boyce explains it is sad that Mr Prior will no longer get paid for his services but they will move ahead with his defense lawyer.

Lying is bad enough, especially if you suspect that something might have happened to JJ, but asking Alex "do I want to know where JJ is?" REEEEALLY gets to me. If you are asking that, you are having a clear and specific idea of what happened. And you did nothing. These poor kids were surrounded by 'adults' who didn't care about them at all.
Chad and Lori were very persuasive and had almost complete control over the inner circle. It’s understandable that MG initially did as Chad instructed. It’s just fortunate that she snapped out of it. I would bet that she was afraid Chad would designate her “dark”, as well.
I worry that if the continue taking 28363 breaks and stopping court early, they won't make it in the 8-10 weeks they established!

This Defense Lawyer is destroying all chances of a fair trial for Chad. There's no way to ignore his abrasiviness, his lack of respect for the witnesses and all of it. I would hate to see this whole thing been thrown away in a later date, because he didn't have fair representation. He deserves to pay for his crimes.

The attorney who got sanctioned at the end of yesterday WAS NOT Prior. He is also a real lawyer barred in the state of Idaho, not a Sov. Cit. However, in terms of this case, he is some completely unrelated fool who "drunk-filed" a motion in an attempt to postpone a trial that he has nothing to do with. That's why he got sanctioned for ruining everyone's Easter Sunday and wasting court time.
If the male prosecutor stays on this will be a miss trial. Or he will get off. The defense attorney with lil skill seems to be getting away with alot!!
