Yeah, you’re far fetched. In reality, Blake is an excellent 60M sprinter for Jamaica and easily top three on the track today. He definitely won’t be beating Christian Coleman, or at least not consistently. Also, in the 100M, there is tons of talent. Kishane is a little bit like ShaCarri at this point…we can see the potential, but he is not yet undefeaable.
@ LOL, wait, WHAT??? I think you need to go back and read your stats! In the 60M, Coleman has literally lost just TWO 60M races in his ENTIRE CAREER…one to Jacobs and one to Lyles…in a photo finish! WTF are you even talking about? Also, Kishane vs Coleman is not 3-0 in the 100M either. In the 100M, Coleman has beat Kishane two times, and Kishane has never defeated him. Where in the world are you getting your biased, made up stats? Kishane has NEVER defeated Coleman in a head to head race…NEVER!
@ maybe I’m wrong about his record against Coleman. But the thing you forgot is that Kishane is 23 years old. Coleman is pushing 30. It’s pretty much set and stone kishane is running 9.7 this year. How would Coleman randomly have the best season of career when he is clearly regressing now that he’s not doping
@ here is the thing…we Americans have always loved Jamaican Sprinters and we take our hats off. Please let’s not let have bias for our nation and enjoy this as sports spectators. Coleman is looking better and better, and I truly think Coleman could have won Paris last year…his training is simply looking amazing. The mistake he made last year in the USA trials was a mental mistake…he was fit and ready to go. Also, 27, 28, 30-ish is not a decline, but usually when sprinters are about their fastest, and THEN they decline maybe a couple years later, or so…depending on the person. We don’t know what Kishane nor Coleman are putting into their bodies. Coleman didn’t get caught doping; he didn’t take the tests. I mean, common sense, this sport has tons of dirt in it, and I personally believe they both have something in their system, but they definitely wouldn’t be alone if that’s the case. The sport has so many folks using PED’s that I think it’s kinda “fair” competition on a level playing field…just the times are faster overall if most of the top guys are using something. In any event, trust and believe me when I say we love Jamaica, we highly revere Jamaican Sprinters, and we are very hopeful for Kishane. If you can walk around USA and hear the things folks are saying about Kishane, you would feel no need to be defensive, trust me. I have very high hopes for Kishane, and honestly, I was already looking out for him in 2022/2023!
6.48 with -2.1m/s wind as a SEASON OPENER?? That's 6.38 wind adjusted. Noah Lyles you have to SERIOUSLY up your game. We'll see what you do in Boston. Kishane is running 9.75 or faster this year, I know it
He is simply amazing in every way, as much as I would’ve love seeing him running some over distance to prevent injuries for the long season but is coach knows best and is doing what is absolutely necessary
Omg so awesome I don’t think there is any one out there right now who can win this fellow coach francis was right is so I know this coach is the real deal ye man he knows his stuff I only pray this guy keeps injury free
I just made a comment last week in believe Kishane may possibly be able to go sub 6.4…this looks on par with me. The only problem, is Jamaican 60M is tough because they do it outside…all the elements are completely different. I wanna see Kishane indoors under the same conditions, because we keep seeing all these sprinters run a 60M in a certain time indoors, but outdoors, their 60M split is often much faster. So, I cannot wait to see more from him, and him inside. By the way, this race looks really weird. Kishane got a bad reaction and his transition was not smooth; he never really got into his full stride.
@stevie586 technically the outdoor 60m as more value than the indoors because all it is in preparation for the 100m outdoor.. People argue for the indoor only because of traditions, if the time doesn’t translate on the outdoor the door doesn’t mean much..
@@tyeguy5373 I mean, I can kinda agree with you here in terms of preparation for the ACTUAL conditions they will experience outdoors. I’m not bashing anyone…just pointing out some things. Furthermore, most folks who do outdoors is because they live in an environment with great weather, whereas indoors is usually don’t in the climates where whether is inconsistent and possibly cold. Remember, in USA, most areas have four full seasons…extremely cold during indoor season in most of the country, and extremely hot in the summer, while spring and fall are in between. It’s safer in USA to have it indoors to keep the runners more healthy and injury free. I mostly agree with your points, though.
If you go look at the track meet and watch after the race you can see that the label on the flag is actually facing their side of the track, and the wimd was blowing it to the right, not backwards because it would be impossible for the wind to blow it backwards or forward in comparison with the track because the front side of the flag was not facing the front side of the track
Many of you talk now praising Kishane BUT when the IOC robbed him in the most barefaced way, you all jumped on the bandwaggon of the IOC crooks. He won a race a clear stride ahead of the rest and you all started to buy the the bogus arguments from the IOC crooks and left Kishane to the crooks
It is a good time. But fellow Jamaicans Asafa Powell, Ackeem Blake, and Terrence Jones have ran faster times. I would like to see Kishane run the 60M indoors and see what his time is

Big up to Jamaica for producing these incredible athletes. They make track&field worth watching.
For you. The United States will dominate.
Am praying for our athletes especially Kishane, Oblique, Elaine, Shericka, and Shelly to be healthy. May god bless all of them. 🙏🏾🙏🏾
And tia ofc
Amen!! 🙏
Elaine, Shericka, and Shelly are too old and injury prone now. Julien Alfred of Saint Lucia is going to be the face of women's sprinting in 2025
@@Xx-po1fushericka is still young what you talking about
Sherika still young enough and competing.
Ominous opening!! I pray he stays healthy.🙏🏽

It's not even about health either, it's more mental like it was for Asafe when it comes to the big events.

What?? He will get destroyed in the 200. Jamica will not win the big races. No one can run a strong 200.
@ most of the Jamaica sprinters are just too lazy to do the 200 m workout , they have the abilities but not the willpower
Nice job Kishane
Big up kishane simply the best much love from ny
