    Hey Moumita Madam,
    First of all thank you for uploading videos in such kind of topics. The information you shared with us really helps me a lot. I am a new seller since last one month. In my 1st month I got 10orders out of which 3 orders are rejected by customer (during transit). In that case it's about 30% of return ratio... Am I eligible for for shipping fee reimbursement as it above of 8% ?
    If eligible what I have to do for getting those reimbursement?

    Ma'am, you told a wrong info. In Exchange, three is no extra fee. Even we dont have to pay the shipping charge for twice. There is 0 shipping fees in product exchange. (For Amazon)

      I have never told about only easy ship, This is for overall logistics charges applied, for replacement orders which is counted always as a 2nd shipment wherever you sell either by your own website or any other platform. I will be more than happy if i learn new info but just clarify me ,I got replacement order in my self ship, now the shipping fee who will bear?? amazon will pay shipping cost to me or customer will pay me as extra to get the replacement item? Who will bear the replacement shipping fee please clarify

      @@ZaaYegaSellerGyan You said absolutely right. But I talked-about only Amazon easy ship. In easy ship, the sellers have not to pay any extra shipping charge as 2nd shipment. Amazon bear the shipping charge for the replacement one

      1. For the replacement order by customer, amazon charges only 1 time shipping + 1 time referral and closing fees from the sellers, right?
      2. In the FBA, amazon states that the storage fee for one cubic feet is 33 rs./month. If my product (let say size is 1 cubic feet) stays there for 10 days, what I will be charged - 1 day's rent * 10 (33/30 * 10=11 rs) or 1 month rent (33 rs.) fixed?

      around 15%. the charges are forward and reverse shipping plus certain percentage of commission..

      Fake order are on all platforms this is now part of e-commerce business in India. 20% return and loss need to be calculated in selling price to tackle it.

    please help (mam mene apne Amazon seller central par 1 egg boiler ki listing ki thi jo `10 day replacement' category m aata h but jab meri listing live ho jaati h to wahan par `10 day returnable' tag ke saath dikhata h. sir mujhe btaye m listing m kahan galti kar rha hoon. jab m other seller ki egg boiler ki listing dekhta hoon to wo `10 day replacement' tag ke saath hi dikhata h.)

    Madam, why are you so confused about rto? Kindly re-check rto policy, in case of c-return we get our closing and referral fees back, in case c-reject we get everything back after 8% bracket and also we have safe-t-claim, so that we can claim our product refund against used or broken product return. Best tip - go for self ship, maximum the prepaid order minimum the rto. Thanks

      c-returns are of 2 type refer to The link, table serial no 1 coueir return undelivered shipment,there will be full reimbursement. If customers rejected delivery above 8% reimbursement eligible, seems you misunderstood same points explained as per amazon courier return policy, kindly go through the link or watch this video again where explanation with table shown
