Chances are your network speed is slow. You try to turn on and off the wifi router.
The new update doesn't work it's fucked up everything until they fix the problem we cannot use it on the app
@@Eshkani1 Normally, the yoosee camera is working well, it should not update the firmware, the yoosee camera is easily damaged after firmware update.

Hi, I can connect to camera successfully via android with 2 phones, but when I connect to 3rd android, the house camera in 2nd android/ 1st android will be uninstalled automatically. Is there any idea?

Hi. I want to make alarm notification on my email, but it does not work. When i type my gmail and my gmail passwords the screen only loading. My POP/IMAP are enable.
ive changed my wifi password and my yoosee is not connected anymore. i tried wired but nothing happens, i try smartlink also nothing..pls help..
After you change the wifi password, the camera will lose its connection to the wifi. You reset the camera and reinstall is okay!

Hi, can you please confirm what is TF card which can be used to do recording in Yoosee camera? On other cameras normal Micro SD card works well.

Unfortunately, when you update to the latest version, you cannot revert to the old firmware. My advice, don't update the camera firmware when it is working properly.
i want to ask, when you plug in the wire adapter, is there anything sign or sound or indicator light that will come from the device. My device did not come out anything indicator after plug in the wire adapter
You check the Setting network, after connecting the wired network, it will switch from wifi network to wired network
How come that i was failed for connections all the time. Sorry for saying this what kind of camera is this. I followed the instructions. Then cant be connected. The Quality of Camera is no good. How come it will pass the quality control. Sorry sorry. I using 2 days for installing this.....

Hi, your question is too general, I don't know what's wrong with your camera ?. You should check the camera power first, then if there is a source signal, reset the camera and reinstall.

I reset the camera, reinstall the apps.. It still saying "Configuration failed".. I don't know what is wrong

Hi here , please I bought yoosee camera from a friend in China and am encounting little issue with it . So I report the issue to my friend and he is not giving me any reply please I wanted you to help me out .
The issue is that when recording the recording stop anytime you try to go Back or go to the main menu on your phone and for this issue I can’t do anything on my phone when recording.

@@cameratuyhoa hi , isn’t like I can’t play the when it records but during recording it cuts off when you try to press the back bottom or any bottom and if you wanted to go to the home bottom it will stop recording.

After my wifi router is reset and i set also my i.p camera its not working anymore..
after you reset wifi router, yoosee camera will lose connection. You reset the camera and reconnect.

After the new update nothing is working you cannot do this set-up I've had this camera for more than 3 years after the update nothing is working no point watching this video when the stupid app doesn't work.

My camera work fine with wifi connection.
but when I try to connect camera to same router using wired connection it asking for camera ID which is okay I found it on camera then it asking for camera password which I don’t know what is it.
Is there a default password for all cameras? As I have four cameras around my house.

I have this same problem. The camera does not have a reset button.

@@cameratuyhoa Thanks. Found it on the underside of the rotating camera "eye" itself, not on the base as illustrated in the enclosed booklet. I had to manually swivel the eye up to see it.
I finally got it to work. Reset it then used AP connect instead of QR code.
