Hopefully you don't make the same mistake I did ages ago when I did my first clutch replacement on one of these (96 LT4). GM stated that there were to be marks for proper re-alignment of the flywheel. Once I got everything taken apart there were NO markings to be found whatsoever! I learned the hard way to always mark them first before removal or risk having driveline vibrations. Otherwise pretty simple job that I did in a one car garage on jack stands by myself. You are indeed correct about the C-Beam being the worst part of this job, best to have some stubby wrenches on hand, bought my first set because of this. These cars have always been great machines to mod and excellent bang for your buck hot rods. All the best~Enjoy!

We ended up taking a photo of the flywheel when before we took off. Hopefully will be able to find the alignment off of that. This is my first C4 manual. I did the torque converter and flywheel on my old C4 hopefully goes as smooth! The C-Beam is definitely a pain! Thanks for the comment!
