Yeah the scenery behind the aircrafts 😍😍. But I’m very worry about the airport safety when it comes to taxi those aircrafts, there are no blast fence, someone could get badly injured one day, god forbid 🙏🏾 they need to invest in push tugs.
The island had elections in August and we have a new Government in Power, lets hope this new minsiter of aviation can see what is finally needed to be don :) !!!
To cut a long story short, half of the apron is asphault and half is concrete, the half that is asphault is the part mostly infront of the terminal along with Taxiway Bravo and Charlie. The aspahult part of the ramp is in need of a major resurfacing and has a lot of big cracks, BA Officals pointed this out to the airport officals and notified them that the 777 will not be using taxiway charlie until is has been resurfaced/fixed. Now taxiway Alpha that is directly infront of me where i spot is good to go, the entire twaxi way was asphualt a few years ago but was recently dug up and resurfaced to concrete....when it was complaeted last year BA was using it but then i was told they had to stpo because all the taxiway marking lines were not painted in at the time. they have since been then painted in but for what ever reason BA has not gotten the aprroval to use the taxiway alpha since, so the 777 when it lands as of now until further notice can only enter and departa via the middle taxiway Bravo.... i hope this sheds some light on things :) !!!!

More safety breach 😅did they shock that airbus A319 , before the airbridge accosted the aircraft 😂
So every other jet enters via taxiway C except BAW. Why is that?

@@SKBenergy Thanks.
Any particular reason why British Airways went the length of the runway before parking?
