Hiya Craig, I was watching 😂 it popped up as a Subscriber Recommendation. You're absolutely right about personal circumstances and experience- I don't drive so need to be close, I didn't have a great check-in experience and so on. I'd repeat that 'worst' doesn't mean 'bad', it simply means that in my experience, every other hotel I've stayed in at Heathrow was better than this one, which by default makes it the worst - until we have an international standard to measure hotels by. All we can do is all put our experience out there and hopefully people will add together the things that I've said, you've said, TripAdvisor, Google reviews etc... and form a rounded opinion. None of us individually can tick all of the boxes that matter to someone else. Love your work buddy and thanks for thinking of me 👍🏻
