Tami that dizziness is called vertigo it happens to alot of people as we progresses in age google it happens to me too no hospital needed for me

I had a bout with vertigo when I was 18 years old. It was triggered by the flue I had a week before. I ended up at the hospital and was treated with an IV. Ive had it since then about 3/4 more times, but nothing that lasted as long as that first time I had it. All the best to Tammy.
It's such a terrible feeling, the first time I experienced it I was so frightened, when my allergies are bad info have it too, so I learned to deal with it by constantly staying hydrated.Take care of yourself Tami 🙏❤️
The first time is the worst because you don’t know what it is.
