tbh the 2024 one despite looking like old time square looks like it took less effort to make than the rest
ngl all of them look pretty low-effort. Just pulsing text, changing the size of the text for 2021-2023, 2022's countdown was reused, and 2024's was just pulsing blue with nothing else. Matches with the 2020's tho, disappointing.
That’s what I’m sayinggg it got worse as the decade went on. Now either Kia better make a better countdown or a new sponsor, so far 2024 was like the worst one, and it felt slower than the Toshiba ones

That was peak NYE ngl, the Toshiba countdowns. It all went downhill after 2018-19
They always keep getting more worse than they did before. I really missed the old Toshiba 2008-2018 countdown where they come closer every second. These are just more basic.
1st: 2022
2nd: 2024
3rd: 2021
4th: 2023
1st place of the 2022 countdown!
They may not be in sync, but whatever
But right at 10 seconds left, they’ll be in sync which is kinda impossible.
