I think it would be interesting to have shown the fluid parts with the fluid pump. I imagine draining a pool of lava in some desert and putting it closer to my base would be interesting, and instead of using barrels i'd use the fluid pump; Anyway, great video!
Got a few suggestions on mods that would need tutorials Galacticraft for 1.10.2 and Advanced Rocketry, think thoses would be very very appreciated, Galacticraft added a lot of stuff in 1.10.2 new clear glass, awesome lights, also Venus is now somewhere you want to go. I'm starting my adventures on Galacticraft right now and I'm sure I missed stuff that are new in there.
As a colourblind, those colours are.. not great. Red and green specifically, I can tell them apart but not easily. Thankfully, they're labelled with the compass directions, and I can DEFINITELY work with those. :D
Oh, it's a *mode*? The way (Valen?) worded it seemed like the default colours were built to be colourblind-friendly. Either way, it has the compass labels anyway, so that's easy enough to work with. I can definitely tell which direction is North.
The one thing i dont get is... do you really have to _fill_ buckets and tanks manually with water and/or lava? Is the pump not able to generate infinite water when placed in a river for example, like the one from thermal expansion for example? Even tho, i believe you can combine both water systems anyways.
@@MischiefofMice I really should have tested before asking a stupid question, but i just started a survival run with a couple friends and we didnt have the ressources to test around yet. I also remember to have looked up some wiki page which did not mention this.. but when i checked back again it clearly says so. Now i feel stupid hehe. Anyways, thanks for the fast answer :)
The outlets are cool.. but what purpose do they serve? Is there any special function that they serve that im not understanding or is it possibly just something in preparation for a future update? Edit- Adro was actually first, I am a failure of my slime people
As I stated in my original comment they can be used to fill in extremereactors, formerly bigreactors with coolant, or just in general fill in any large area with a liquid. That can be useful when you´re for example building a lake, be it lava or water, or any fluid you wanna use really. Doing that by hand would just take way too much time, well, with anything except for water, since you can in that case just fill in the "edges". As for the future update thought, that would be really interesting - And super cool! I´d love to see some complex machinary that makes use of that feature ^^
Adro Slice, while this doesn't mean that this machine is suddenly useless, I would like to mention that there's a mod that allows the pack/instance maker to make any fluid "infinite fluid sourceable", and it can even be dimension specific (i.e. infinite lava in the Nether).
also great for mods that has use for liquid in the world, would of been useful back in the minefactory reloaded days when you can drink liquid xp through a straw but had to manually place buckets of xp X_X
Not really... the time it would take to set this in the proper spot and make sure that all the inputs are correct seems much harder then just using a tank/drum and a bucket.... plus alot of those fluids can cause horrible damage to your base if they are placed wrong, atleast with a bucket you only have to clean up one source block, with this you could have to clean up a bunch of them
Trust me, you don´t want to fill the moderation coolant from the core all the way to the side on a max size reactor with just drums and a bucket. The best way would be to build the core, build a glass wall around the corners (Since you won´t need them in most good designs) and then use 4 of these outlets to fill in the moderation coolant. Just take a design similar to this and apply it to a max size reactor: br.sidoh.org/#reactor-design?length=13&width=13&height=13&activelyCooled=false&controlRodInsertion=83&layout=4O5E8O5C8O5C8O5C4OE3C5X3C2E3CXCXCX3C2E3C5X3C2E3CXCXCX3C2E3C5X3CE4O5C8O5C8O5C8O5E4O&modpack=defaults
alloy kiln 0:00
fluid router 4:10
fluid outlet 5:48
Does this work with liquid concrete? Could make for some really fast building if that was the case I think.

Why my alloy kiln doesn'nt work with the right fuel?

now whats left is to have similar machine to buildcraft builder , that builds everything for you
Do Simeone know How to pass diferent fluids in the same side
Represent?

Pumps can pump infinite water.

Fyi:
For 1.16.5, you can only use ingots. Not grit, Ingots.
whens the next one?

there's fluid cows too, but that doesn't help with filling large areas at all.

It's a building tool. You can use it to make artificial lakes without bothering to bucket the entire thing.
My Alloy kiln doesnt want to process anything, anyone know why?
Hey did you ever figure it out I'm having the same problem
will these updates get ported to 1.10.2?
Probably great for filling an ExtremeReactor with coolant.

im gessing this stuff is not out yet :(
+Trickey Reynolds Yes it is.
it is
Are these things in 1.10.2?
Gavin Burns pretty sure they aren't, they changed the yield on coke oven bricks but I don't think they added the new things in the last update.
