- I got the Queen herself: Marin Kitagawa from My Dress-up Darling!
The top-tier WAIFU and also my personal Waifu.
Since Anime Figure Companys are still lacking behind in producing adequate Scales of her, have I decided to invest into a RESIN STATUE by JM Studio. In my opinion they did the best representation of her that is d'accord with the Artstyle of My Dress-Up Darling! They only produced 288 pieces of her and I have no idea which number I got, I also purchased her from FavorGK XD

Not gonna lie, her succubus cosplay is my favorite as well 😈
To tell you the truth, I thought it was so overwhelming how many Marin resins just came out of the floodgates… But oh my God this is fucking fantastic!
Ugggghhh her bat wings destroy me, what a gorgeous hair sculpt and most importantly… The face could not be better! They really captured her, and good Lord… I’m so happy for you that she matched up to the promotional images!
And she’s perfect for a 1/6 scale! I am also excited to see what altar will do for her… But I’m assuming it’ll be a 1/8 which will be so tiny compared to this 😭
but Lord, my heart dropped with your broken wing piece and then losing it… I feel you on a spiritual level 😭❤️ even though putting her pieces together it’s a bit tricky… The end result is simply an eye-catching and stunning piece in your collection I love her so much!
Do you have any other resins in mind for a pick up? I love this video, another fun one girl 🥰❤️ now I’m gonna be on the lookout for this manufacturing company Muwahahahaha 😈💜
At first I was so happy that the resin manufacturers were so fast and pumped Marin Figures out! However, none really had Marins face in my opinion (as you know I'm really picky with that🤪). I just love the og artstyle and eventhrough the anime style is great, I love the manga style more and therefore I want figures which are based on her manga style more than the otherway around. And JM studio was the first which really captured that and I had to preorder!
And what can I say, they delivered! 😍🥰🥰🥰 The size is amazing, she looks god with my other 1/6 scales. I always fall in love with her again when I see her! 😆
I really hope Alter will do her justice as well, and I hope she will be at least 1/7 🙈🙈 But we will see, I also still want one of Marin in her School uniform.
Yeah, I was really sad when I lost the first piece and then the second when I tried to fix her!😣😭
I was also impatient and to excited. I think I would have done half the damage if I did it without filming... oh well, at least the damage is not that visible and I don't mind as much, since it wasn't anything major.😓
Hmm, I have my eye on the Kyouya (from Reborn!) Statue by ILL ILLEGAL Factory Studios, but I missed the timing and all preorders are closed 😭 I will have to look out if someone cancels him...

yeah, they never even finished the anime, they just cut it after the time-travel! ;_; But it seemed the Anime wasn't really popular so it had to go... And I kinda missed out on the manga (which I regret) and you can't buy it anywhere anymore... I do hope that they will do a rerelease as a new edition in germany at some point (as they are doing with a lot of series recently).🤞Let's cross the fingers for both of it!

Oh my God that’s so tragic that the manga is no longer in print! I’m sure, it Hass to get a re-pint in the future! Sadly… My memory is so vague of hitman reborn…… I consumed a lot of the manga in a very short amount of time like… Maybe 10+ years ago lol 😅
And girl… For a second I thought I imagine the guy up, but 10 minutes later on Google the character I was thinking about was DINO! Top notch aesthetic!

Ich hab sie ja von FavorGK bekommen, da war custom schon im versandpreis drinnen, deswegen 0€ für customs. Der Versand war 44USD was okay war, da ja custom mit verrechnet ist.

Nicht ganz, es war die standard variante (was auch immer das bedeutet). Das Ding mit FavorGK ist, dass sie dir einfach eine email mit dem Preis für den Versand schicken. Meistens haben sie dann schon den günstigsten rausgesucht, man kann nach anderen versandmethoden fragen aber das letzte Mal waren die nicht unbedingt günstiger (war bei Suzuka der fall). Deswegen hatte ich diesemal gar nicht nach gefragt. Innerhalb von ich glaube zwei wochen war sie dann da.
After visiting FavorGK again I realised my mistake! This Marin Kitagawa Liz ver. Figure is actually a PVC Figure NOT a Resin!😱 Correction: She is a Resin but also contains PVC (Materials used: PU + ABS + PVC)!!
I'm sorry for the confusion! No wonder she was a light as she was.😥
Great figure, too bad the assembly was such a nightmare. She still looks stunning though. And thanks for the shop recommendation, I will definitely check them out bc pre-paid taxes are a dream

It's too bad most resin statues don't come with assembly instructions. It would certainly make things easier and safer while putting the statue together. She's still very cute!
Yeah, I would have really helped if they gave some kind of instruction... 🥲or they could have just attached the head before hand or something like that. 🤷

@@pakuccino Es ist Resin, PU steht für Polyurethanharz. 🙂 Hat mich aber auch erstmal verwirrt.
