Brilliant video.... I feel like I must on lie, be telling everything , be totally transparent and do not have any secret from partner. Does this count as moral scrupulosity?

That's a compulsion you are doing to relieve yourself of the discomfort of sitting with your thoughts so needs to be cut out. Could possibly be a part of moral scrupulosity, yes.
