i love the little "implied" gallops in the verse.
people don't play bass don't understand how HARD it is to gallop in this song , much harder than TheTrooper .. actually , Run To The Hills is a nice contender but it's shorter .. here .. it's a fucking marathon !
Well, the gallop is the "easiest" part when you've practice and learned his technique. The real issue, as happen with all the great players out there, are the little dinamics on his playing.
@@Hellion73 the consistent gallop that is super fast like this for so long really is hard on the right hand tendons because there is too little to rest in between
@@TheTrooperMB Yeah, sure, that's why I wrote those ""😁, cos there are some stops that can make you fell out of tempo in gamlloping songs like this one. Even so, his "secret" on that matter, said by himself and others around, is that he has a very light right hand touch on the strings, not that he doesn't digs hard specially live, but not too hard to put much tension/exaution on his tendons...But yeah, I always found his "box" arraigments bit more challenging for both hands👍
It's quite easy with 3 figers, with only 2 is very hard
