They have improved as a group and the on live stages show it, shame Rei had to sit out this era. Love the girls, the whole album was great 💕

I think the difference between this song and After Like is that After Like gets less interesting each time you hear it and this gets progressively better.
i liked this song, and ofc immensely proud and happy for the girls- but i feel like it didn’t have a lot of “staying power” for me. it felt very predictable, and i can see myself listening to it a few times, but the melody/instrumental just wasn’t really complex enough to hook me or make me listen consistently for a long timespan. for me, “after like” and “love dive” had more unexpected and interesting melodies and song structures, so they sat better in my brain. that being said- the song definitely sounds big and epic, which is what they were going for! and it’s definitely nice to listen to. just can’t see myself really getting into it like i have their other songs.
