At rehearsal with US Marine Corps Finnish Defence Forces (FDF) won them.
There was a lot of luck, bad weather etc involved. That being said, often in war there is. But what conclusions can be drawn from that cold response exercise is that Finns are at the very least more than adequate at camouflaging their positions if a marine company lands next to a fortified comms HQ and their recon completely misses it. This is what these exercises are for anyway, US gets to train against those that know how to conceal, and Finns get to train against opponents who know how to attack.
@@MidWitAndProud Anyway its good we can learn from each others. We are on the same side👍
The attack in airport near Kyiv started like this one. they tried to pump the airport full of air borne units.
Vova watched this and took notes.
It's good to note when the video was made. A couple of years later, Russia attacked Ukraine with exactly the same methods. Before the big attack, there was harassment on the internet and, for example, in energy networks. I don't know if Russia took a model from this movie, but all the events are like from a textbook.
A small side note is that all the people appearing are who they really are. A news anchor is also a news anchor for real and etc. In this way, the film has become more realistic in the eyes of us Finns.
Luulenpa, että tiedustelu on hoitanu hommansa hyvin ja tietää kuinka venäjä toteuttaa sodankäyntiänsä. Toki aikasemmilta vuosilta on jo viitteitä, kuinka lentokenttiä ja muita tärkeitä kohteita on vallattu sodan alkuvaiheessa + hybridisodankäynti on aina kuulunut venäjän toimintamalliin jo kauan ennen tätä videota.
Same kind of approach was the scenario in 90´s. Excluding internet and its changes. But gray operations and trying to complicate mobilization.
@@Juhani96 Tsekkoslovakia alkoi juurikin tuollaisella lentokenttä operaatiolla.
The Ruskies most certainly didn't "take notes" from this film. More like Finns know how Russia operates, having been harassed and assaulted by them countless times the past 1000 years. Yes, a thousand. Keeping up with the global events and preparing for modern threats is exactly what any DF should do.
Cead Reacts, nice content I really liked it

Let's make a list of countries which surround Finland or are close to it: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Estonia and Russia. If you had to make a wild guess to win a milion euros, which of these countries is the most likely to attack Finland? I know this is such a hard question. I think you can figure out who is the unnamed "enemy" in Finnish military exercises.
It's no longer unnamed in excersises.
This was trick question.
Because answer is, of course, Canada.😁😁
@@Taistelukalkkuna nah it is Norway. they supported Finland during WW2 but are sour that we drove Germans from Lapland to there
The Enemy in this video was Estonia Tho. But it's because the video was Made before it was "well known" that Russia is actually bad
Kinda reminds me what they told us in the army 20 years ago. Enemy always attacks from the east, and if they don't, they are doing a hooking maneuvre.
Greetings from Finland 🤩
