A chromatic scale is simple, I'm going to assume you're using FL studio here, either record or sample a voice in Edisone or Audacity and drag it into Newtone in FL, if you're doing your voice you should record you're self saying "a e i o u" with a being said as "ah", your choice tho, once you have those 5 samples, copy and paste them as many times as you see fit, I go for 45 samples so my characters can hit super high notes, you want to start C3 or C2, if you do start at C2 and find the voice too choppy move it C3, and then you want to create a staircase from samples going up to the highest possible note one by one C3 -> C#3 -> D3 etc. and then have to drag the samples out of newtone, if it doesn't let you do this than record the samples again from start to end in edison and then once done save it put it in SliceX and do medium auto-slicing and then you got a fully usable chromatic scale, make adjustments if necessary in SliceX to the markers.
