And alot was not able or didnt pay rent when had the funds for any reason so owners are making new renters fill that gap ea month to get stabilized again so since stuff has gone up that new renters gotta fill gaps anytime . hope this dont last forever even for anyone who get help with rent it not gonna be easy if u try find a decent place anytime.

We don't have a FAIR RENT commission in Berlin, CT.
No kidding, my husband & I will be living on the streets. We are 65 & disabled! Can't afford the rents...
