I am extremely ashamed of being married in family. My grandparents were related, then my parents were related, and now my husband is my first cousin from both sides. It is due to your genetical problem not because of cousin marriage per say even if person who are not cousins and yet has any illness their offspring has high chances to suffer from any abnormalities, if Islam has allowed us to do cousin marriage nobody has power in their roody po..o candy a...s e..s to ban such thing, also majority cases for ivf or other art cases has no cousin couples, you should chance your mindset you are directly questioning the thing which is allowed in Islam
