My friend in Mumbai works in VFX company that got Oscar for Dune movie last year. They have worked for many big Hollywood movies, even now. Its common to see bunch of Indian names in end credits of most of big Hollywood movies like Marvel series etc. I guess Indian movie makers cant afford them although Hollywood will be paying them lesser than those in USA due to obvious reasons of cost of living etc. Perhaps only Rajamouli can afford and also has knowledge of how to use VFX in good way.

Bro RUclips tutorials are the best platform to be a pro VFX artist, for example I'm a student of a institute in Hyderabad for 3 years but I'm not working in any software that taught in institute. But I watched a tutorial in RUclips in 2011 and attend a interview. Now I'm working in a major studio that works only for Hollywood movies and webseries only, now I'm having 12+ years of experience in Hollywood VFX field. My suggestion is in which VFX field u want to go 1st find out this. Either 2d animation or 3d or vfx know yourself 1st👍
