the making in complete is about 15min. the soft hand cleaning about 2min - rest of cleaning is made by the dishwasher. cleaning of the die depends on what die you are using. normaly i let them try out for some days. then cleaning is easier.
overall my opinion is... its a good machine. i still use it regularly. bought alot of different dies for it. just made lasagne sheets few days ago. been great as allways. but atm i produce the complete sheets without cutting them. dry them in one peace or use them directly. cutting in the length needed
