Real estate business is based on trust, so I only work with people that I've known for a long time and trust their work. Whereas I've many requests of people that would love to work with me when it comes to real estate, I always turn them down. I would never feature an individual or project that is shady on my channel. That would be detrimental to me, and what I've neen building for the last 5+ years, but it also wouldn't make sense overall.
I understand that most diasporans have had terrible experiences trying to acquire property back home, that's why it's always advisable to work with your trusted Agent and Lawyer and also do background checks before acquiring any property.
I've been to this exact spot in Nakasajja. Its about 2km from Gayaza road. Quite a number of amenitites close by and its quiet and peaceful.
It would be good if you put water connections and electricity at one point of the land for easy purchase
That happens when one is selling an apartment or house. That comes with electricity. When you're selling land in plots at that price, it doesnt some with electricity poles and wires.
I am in the USA and never been to Uganda. I would like to invest in land for rentals. It’s hard conducting research online since a lot of information not available online. For example what the going rent for one and two bedroom apartment, what’s the population size, the supply vs demand for rentals, what is the large employers in the area etc. it would have been nice if you showed the drive from the city to the land so we get a better feel of the area.
You might want to mentioned how far are schools and shopping areas are from the land site.
