Bit risky buying a home without firstly having it thoroughly inspected. Still, as long as it's safe, legal, compliant and structurally sound, this house could still be a gem! All it would then need is a proper deep clean, and you're golden.
It's going to take a lot of work to make it YOUR house but there is a lot of potential for sure. Plenty of space to have different themed rooms or you hould keep a close team there with you
