Esthetician here! You don’t need to quit dairy. Just make sure the majority of it is organic. Organic is less likely to disrupt/affect your hormones and acne issues.

Just leave the rubber band around them. Also, I work in fashion and can’t help but say that the coat you bought from Zara is an overcoat or a car coat not a trench! Trench are made from waterproof material. Love you

I think your skin is really good but as you are wearing vit C you should wear SPF always! Trust me we don't see the signs now but it also helps with acne marks and wrinkles 🥰
Maybe consider just lowering sugar and dairy intake(including drinks 😬)instead of cutting things. Talk to dermatologist they can be real helpful with the foods that trigger! I cut both personally but not for skin, I was experiencing a lot of inflammation in my body and for me worked like a dream.
Ok sorry you said you’re going back to like your original what you did before and I feel like that’s exactly what you should do. I don’t think the shower thing is an issue I never was, so why would it be now and like I said the whole day everything so give your skin a little bit of time and it should clear up at all those parts. I recommended are so good because I have super like reactive skin as well but I do tend to get into parts overload a lot so. Just be careful what you’re using that’s all.
Your hormones might be unbalanced, you should look into supplements that help with balancing hormones. Unfortunately your body won't fix itself over time. Definitely look into supplements and diet change that can help! Speaking from experience, as I came off birth control after 7 years
