Thanks for showing us how you mixed the colors!! That’s super helpful ☺️ lol I always totally forget that you can mix primary colors to get any color 😂
It is so cute, honestly I'm gonna try this new art style hopefully it will turn out so good too just like yours hehehe. stuck in a pandemic thinking of a new hobby to focus on. Thank youuuuu for inspiring and keep it up. all the from the Philippines.
Thanks so much Im really getting good at drawing and made a few Naruto sketches so i could try to make a glass paintings and this answered all my questions!
How do you guys clean off the glass after your done? I made mine but i have finger prints all over the sides of the glass and i cant find any video showing how to clean it 🥲🥲 pls help
oof i feel u so hard on this LOL tbh i just used a makeup wipe, or even a cotton pad with some alcohol/hand sanitizer to wipe it! but be careful with the alcohol not to get it on the paint!!
Hi there 😘 did you think about using glass paint ? Once your design is done you can pop it in the oven to fix the colours. Hang it on a window and let the sun ⛅ shining through. Beautiful 🥰
I'm attempting to do a few of these for a Christmas gift and I'm running to the problem that my paint isn't sticking to the glass I'm using acrylic craft paint the time that comes in bottles that you can get at any craft store do you have any advice I was really looking forward to making these for Christmas
@@graciedylan3049 hey !! the first one i made turned out pretty well,, but since it was my first time ever it could be better :/ so my second one turned out better !! so i think practicing with this also might help
thank u so much for watching!! 🤗 hmm if its a thin layer i think acrylic will only take maybe 15-20 min to dry. but for the whole painting i'd wait 1-2 hrs just in case!
I just painted and all my outlines are smudge in the inner layer (like inside the skin layer) so i had to scrape literally everything 🥲, is it okey if I paint on the opposite side of the outline side so it will not get smudge?
This is amazing omg ❤️ I really want to try glass painting, I wasn’t sure how much paint I’d need to get started, would you only recommend starting out with primary and some secondary colours? I know acrylic paint is fairy inexpensive but buying one of every colour available could get pretty pricey lol!
thank you 🥰 hmm tbh if you're comfortable with it i would just recommend getting the primary colours (red, blue, yellow), white and black! since that's all you really need to mix the other colours yourself! but you can also just get the colours you think you'll need to start off with too 😊
you don't have to draw it on your own. you can just print out a drawing or a screenshot of a scene (that's what i did), tape it under the glass and trace it. just make sure to give credit to the original artist if you plan on posting it online and obviously don't try to sell it. hope this helped :)
hmm i personally prefer thinner layers for small areas (ie shading) bc i feel like i have more control. but globs help for larger areas and it'll be faster 😂
hi mikki could u help like im scared if i do the outline okay but when i need to do the rest of the outline my hand needs to lay on the glas usually and im scared that i ruin it could u give me some solution i thought a glove would help but nah btw ur glass painting looks AMAZINGGG
Great info and the painting turned out great luv it, you go girl :) by the way did you let each color dry first before using the next? Oh yeah! luv the shirt :)
Do the paints have good opacity or do they have to be passed several times? Should we wait for the first layer to dry before doing the skin for example?
aw i wish i can give u an answer to that 😭 but unfortunately that's just how some paint are, if u know it darkens significantly after drying then u can mix the paint lighter than the color u actually want!
Wow, it's amazing, maybe the beautifulest glass paint ever !!! It would be amazing if you can sell them for cheap, cause i want to do that but im kinda bad at painting :c
ahh thank u so much for ur kind words!! ❤️ currently i'm not selling them, i'd be too worried about the glass breaking in transit and they take quite a bit of time to make 😅😫
Wow, I recently watched this. And you video is informational. Have you tried a clear primer or sealant on glass so you can try to draw better on the glass because it is really hard to draw on glass with a sharpie. or please if you have a time to make a video for it? thank you for this informational video.
Came up on the video, which is WOW, when I was looking for gals painting. And wanted to ask if you could maybe put your outline of the picture up in the comments or in the bio in the next video. Or did I miss something?

This video helped so much thanks!! Also, how do you flip it ;c
thanks for watching 😄 i used the procreate app and then flipped it horizontally, but a lot of photo editors have this option!
can you put a spray mod podge (gloss topcoat) between the paint and lineart? (like will it smear or do weird things)
hmm i'm not sure i havent tried this! but i think it just might make the paint harder to apply on the topcoat

wowww so amazing♡♡♡is liquitex opaque on glass even though you put only a little amount of paint?
