Shannon Sunshine thanks for the kind words!! Blender works fine, also in hindsight I would have dry rubbed the wings with the spice mix before marinading, and don’t skip jerk chicken butter sauce I make at the end, it’s key for this dish!! BTW welcome to the channel!!

Also once removed from marinade pat them nice and dry with paper towel before coating with corn Starch!!for the sauce save about a third of the marinade and add butter to taste, I’ll have at least 1 video every week for you!! This is a delicious marinade! Tastes like authentic Jerk chicken from Jamaica. But I must caution you, put salt on your chicken before marinating and cooking it. I was glad that I put salt on mine because it was definitely needed.
If you love habanero flavor but not the heat, try to carefully trimming away any of the white insides or placenta and seeds. It’s still hot but definitely more flavor than otherwise

I took a guess on the amount clove but I think I was way off... Would you mind passing along those measurements when you get a chance? Thanks!

Roberto Jacobo you can adjust the spices as you need no problem. Also yes avocado is great here! If I were to make these again I would dry the wings really well before coating them in the starch and frying them.
