The app works great. I've been using it for a few weeks now. The big thing i have learned, is make sure you have your location service enabled, otherwise the app will not connect to your locomotive.
This is awesome. Been holding off getting these for the store and installing in some of our G Scale only because I only use Android and had no real way to test them for people. Looking forward to getting a few now installed and showing people in the store how awesome this is, espcially for our G Scale crew. Thanks for the update.
Been using it on my Bachmann large scale Shay - works great for me. Love to see an Arduino library for the Bluetooth commands ... unless it's proprietary in which case well it can't hurt to ask.
At this time, the Arduino cannot be used to send the BT commands. It is a proprietary command protocol. You can use the Arduino to essentially be a DCC system in the DCC++ implementations, so this may be a viable use for your Arduino and loco commands. Remember, it is still a DCC decoder!
I have had the Apple App for a while. If you don't have a Blunami yet, this app shows you nothing. It needs a demo mode, so the customer can decide if he wants to invest in the Blunami decoders.
I have been away from modeling for a while. DCC was just beginning to come into being, so kind of late 90s. My equipment is the non-equiped, transformer block control requirements. Is this available to conver those non-DCC units?
Blunami decoders are able to be installed into DC locomotives, as long as you isolate the motor. Specific instructions and which Blunami you will need will depend on the specific locomotive in question. I noticed a difference in screens between my iPhone and android. The android screen had more features like a + & - for speed steps is this because my android phone is bigger? BTW love the Blunami will change over the rest of my locomotives when the loan on the house comes in, or I may have to sell my car.
There are slight design differences between the Apple and Android App, but the features do not differ. If you tap on the throttle on the Apple App it moves up and down as well. The Android App is still in its beta version and has more features on the way. We are glad you like Blunami! Who needs a car anyway :D!

Thanks for the feedback!
Great meeting you at OVR George and your time spent with me explaining this, this is pretty cool technology!
We are glad that you were able to make it to the event. It was a great time. Thank you for the feedback!
Great video George! Thank you for explaining to me at the Otter Valley event what I needed to get started.
Of course, we are always here to help!

Thanks for the feedback. In the meantime, you can see how the app works in our videos.
