This model has some major defects. The biggest defect is the absence of a pull-off capstan, to make the lay-length of the finished cord uniform. Relying on the take-up spool to draw strands thru the m/c means the lay-length will be varying as the take-up spool fills up. Another defect is the angle of the strands should be 30 - 45 degrees matching the angle of the strands in the finished rope (cord). The model is showing an angle (I estimate) to be less than 10 deg, so the whole machine could be shortened up considerably.

can in this process rope can rotate in to drum in uniform one after one layer???? can u help
You would have to add a guide that moves back and forth across the pick up winder. Shouldnt be that difficult. But if you notice, there is no bobbin on that. There's no way to remove the finished rope other than to unwind the whole thing. This is a demonstrator. Not a finished production machine.

No idea, sorry.
I set playback to 0.25 speed and counted to 30 revolutions. Dividing by the time it took, times 60 seconds equals 163 RPM.

There are no CAD models I'm afraid as this is a model built from Meccano parts, not a commercial rope making machine.
