While using Android Auto and Car play do we have to connect our mobile using cable always? Does it not work using Bluetooth? I’m purchasing VXI variant, is it worth upgrading or buy a touch screen without android auto and CarPlay

Wireless Android Auto and Ape carplay is not included. It's only wired. What you can try is use a usb splitter or a usb hub. That way you can connect multiple devices to that one usb port. Let me try it and will tell the results

As far as I know, Navigation system is perhaps not supported in the Infotainment system of Ignis Zeta/ Alpha 2022 model. Can u plz. confirm?
