Nice apartment, in one of the ugliest buildings in Sydney though. Sticks out like a sore thumb and is totally at odds with the local environment. So much more could have been done with the site.

Swim spa in line of sight upon entering is a poor design choice. Really poor.
Was thinking the same and I think Dane was too. Slight drop of enthusiasm in the delivery. “A great view to the ocean and umm the swim spa”. :)
It just looks commercial. Office like. Its a design NO from me.

Ugly building. Poorly designed and laid out apartment. Dark and dreary.
No way does this justify the price.
Over Priced, Under Furnished, Tier 5 Quality Level, Bland, Uninspiring, Dull. Wouldn't touch this with $2 Mil let alone $16 Mil.
