It is absolutely right to tell people to leave abusive, narcissistic, toxic, etc, kinds of relationships. Nevertheless, those are not always with husbands, boyfriends, friends, acquaintances, or coworkers… some people have old age parents they cannot forsake. It is wrong to stay and it is also wrong to abandon an old person in the last of their health. The cards have been beautiful, but they might cause anxiety in psychological clients in that situation. They want to leave, of course, and they know in paper it is the right thing to do, but they also know they cannot, and that at the same time it is wrong.

Thank you 💜 I had the first pile. I love how you said put down the old book; it's time to rewrite your story. (The circle around the antelope looked to me like a 180° flip for our life path as well). I just saw a post about NG saying to cut out your family tree/background/old assumptions/generational ruts put on us through our childhood, peers etc, and start out fresh/ clean slate right now: go from here as the person you desire to be. 3. Wanted to share a physical process for the releasing of tension. As a theatre performer i find great shift by physicalizing the image. I enact the body position of the shadow image and with the breath (as directed by Jenny) i slowly shift into the light image body position. It works friends. Try it yourself. The body keeps the score 😊

Pile#3: I'm definitely overwhelmed about staying or going. I feel obligated to stay where I know what tomorrow will bring and doing what I think is the "right thing" -- even if it doesn't feel rightfor me. Possum was perfect -- whenever I feel conflicted, I go to bed and just lie there. (Somehow the problem is still there, if not worse.)

I am still mourning the loos of my beloved pet pumpkin , trying to not think too much of her passing , but it wouldn’t go away it’s all because it was just the 3 of us , now it’s 2 of us and I miss every thing about her , having her for 15 plus years is a blessings . Interestingly today I couldn't choose between the readings and opted for 1 and 2,started with 1 and it was bang on point, finished and was about to switch off and my candle fluttered furiously so I kept on listening to pile2 reading and it was bang on the money. I feel energized to get out there but at the same time it's been one hell of a slog I must say. So energized actually this weekend I went out and watched the local lads playing football, met a new acquaintance there and invited him out for a couple of pints of the traditional brew. Next day went and cleaned the family graveyard where my grandparents, father and uncle are resting.Also feeling to move locations. Pile 1. Thank you, Jenny. having sought clients since Mid-Feb and getting rejected, I finally secured a client so I won't be so stressed about $. But I do feel exhausted so I particularly resonated with that. I don't even feel happy, which is surprising. Still feel like I'm stuck in the groove of work-seeking+rejection. When the $ hits my account, hopefully, I'll experience joy. Or not. I got so angry just before this happened that I was screaming at my spirit team and God for not helping me and sobbing for ages. I think I needed to get that out and to cry. I liked what you said in another reading that the higher frequency of anger is assertiveness. I'd never heard that before but it's so true.

It's really hard for me to let the gossip & drama go. Not because I need it or am attached to it. My brother is very much tuned into himself & mistreats my Dad a lot. My Dad vents to me. WHICH IS GOOD! Since my Mom died, hes alone. It's very difficult to not get involved, to separate myself from the issue. He's my Dad, I love him and I want to say something about how he's being disrespected and mistreated. But he doesnt want me say anything. He just wants my brother to be an adult.
