I purchased this wig a year or so ago, and I ended up carefully removing the lace closest to your hair. I had to use a razor in the front, but when I did that there was no straight across stitch. I also cut out a full brain or more on each side around the ear which impacted the elastic band. I got a lot of compliments on the wig, but it was really heavy and made my neck hurt. I couldn't wear it all day. You slayed this wig though Queen!!!
In their store it’s straight box braid, $93, and everyone mentioned cutting off the first layer of the lace(they hate the double layer). I do like they have the square and triangle part option for the wig.

I have this same wig without the curls, with the double lace issue. I cut out the second layer of lace and it looked so much better, maybe try doing that . Love your hair videos and vlogs girlie 🫶🏾🫶🏾❤️❤️
Yes, it was very thin lace but make sure to be careful around the edges because it like some sort of lining. Also with the hairline I’ve kept like a lil lace to make it realistic. It looks great melted down.
I also found out at the looking after hairline that there is a thread right at the beginning of the hairline from ear to ear. I cut that off, and it made a huge difference. It was more blendable with my hairline, and there wasn’t a definitive line, straight across my head, so once I was able to cut the hairline thread off, I could make more jagged cuts into the lace closer to the braids if that makes any sense, but it took me a few hours to get it right but I still have it till this day and she still works it’s been almost a year and it’s still holding up.
OMG, I was in Vegas a couple of weeks ago and a young lady had this wig on. I thought it was braids, but it was exactly like this, I didn't pay attention to her roots because the braids and curls were so beautiful I was just looking at that part. Same length and everything. I love it.

Oh, and one last thing, I find that when you take the two braids that are at the front front of the ear and pull them under your chin, twist them, and then put either a ponytail holder or a clip while you mold it down helps it to not lift on the sides sides… I thinned out those baby hair too
I bought this wig and if you pluck the extra baby hairs and cut out the second lace she is wearable but if she isn't giving you can actually return it cut and styled because its a prime purchase. So get your coin back if you want.

Now I don’t feel bad…. I bought a similar wig earlier this year from Amazon with knotless braids and had the same struggles…. Still haven’t worn it out and couldn’t return because I cut the lace… the braids are nice but the cap construction is horrible especially that double stitching in the front which I was actually able to remove..idk maybe I’ll get it out and try to do something with it again…. 🤦🏾♀️….. lol😂
I had a hairstyle similar to that for my birthday in March and it was almost like break your neck type here because it was so heavy. I was scared to wash it or do anything like that and they were just crochet braids😅😅😅😅😅

I bought a wig with the double mesh I easily cut it out after watching kie rashon do it the wig was amazing after that
Beautiful 😍 on you. You can cut that double lace off use a good eyebrow razor and cut the thread easily then pull off. I hope this helps😁

Everyone tends to cut the second lace out. I don't! I cut it around the edges and tint. It looks much better and minimizes the line of demarkation
