As a Texan in a rural cowboy cartoon-character town, I gotta say: we appreciate Dr. Qadhi and he's been changing our minds about Islam (or mine, at least, and I've shown his videos around too)! 👊 Thanks for putting in a good word for the best state, Dr. YQ!
Maaha Allaah Tabaarakallaah!! I’m enjoying the seerah now I’m on episode #70 can’t wait to finish Insha Allaah and planning to buy the book also, may Allaah give you blessings for the time you put on that series Amiin.
Mashallah so well explained. May Allah swt bless you Dr Yasir Qadhi. Aameen. Your lectures are what keeps my sister n me going in our day to day life and routine. Bless you.
Dr Yasir Qadhi is absolutely correct about adapting in Islam, as long as it is sincerely rooted in Islam and not convoluted by external influences. Every generation had to adapt, otherwise we would not have a religion today.
MashaAllah Sheikh, May Allah swt bless you with a long, healthy and prosperous life Ameen - what a mind, what a thinker. We are blessed to have you among us and may we all learn from you so that the next 300 years can be shaped.
Shaykh YQ is such a gift for this. ummah, he has the perfect mixture of Western knowledge and Islamic knowledge from two well-known institutions. Perfect for this generation. His ideas and understanding of how to apply the Shariah on the micro and macro level are in line with the deen. His ideas on the Shariah are not attempts at transforming the deen or changing the deen. His ideas of applying the deen on a micro and macro level are found within the texts and bookks of Islamic history. Some hate on him because his views are also backed with quran and authentic sunnah plus classical scholars. However, his views are not partisan, so he does not care what creedial group or madhab his views agree with or disagree with. So he holds views that go across the creedial sects and across the madhabs (& or the non-madhab group). This understanding of Islam is a threat to those that hold a person has to fit in a box and only hold views that fit into one creedial group and one madhab. In doing this, he threatens to take away the elevated positions of scholars and students of knowledge that fit with in the sectarian and partisan tradition of classical Islam.
Assalamualaikum folks, may Allah bless all of us and give us knowledge of deen around the globe. remember islam is the only solutions for success here and hereafter. Jazakumullah khaira.
Cheik Yasir! May Allah bless you. I have one ask please remove the adds to your video so that we can be fully be immersed in the conversation. Most of the pubs not only showing haram but diverse the concentration ☺️
Does EPIC mosque 🕌 has any programs per month (at least) for non-Muslims to represent Islam is the most flexible religion in the world 🌎? It is important because….
Alsalmu alaikum sheikh and everyone else, I want to ask you a question sheikh do you mind If I pirate your content for offline listening? reason cuz sometimes I don't have access to internet but I want to listen to your seirah lectures but the only way to get them to work offline is to "pirate" it (sidenote: subhanallah I was thinking about asking you this question for a while and allah open for me this chance being the first comment )
The better than nothing approach has been discussed centuries ago by north African Maliki ullema, talking about sheikh ul islam Bursali's understanding and it's application to desert areas where the state writ doesn't really have any force.
I want to understand why a Muslim man would choose to have an Undercut hairstyle. Isn’t it one of the etiquettes of a Muslim to be a role model for his community, family, and followers, especially as a Muslim man? Did Islam ever instruct people to have such a haircut? Of course not-Islam has prohibited it. As Muslims, we should be role models for other nations so that the world can see what Islam truly is. Islam has paid attention to the finest details of our lives, our dealings, and our actions.
Wallahi if some scholar is still divided from opinion or ethnic or both, then they are poisoned by colonial tactics. Either they have been paid to do so or get brainwashed to be nationalism.
I wish they could speak louder clearer and slower especially with the Arab slash British Australian accent it's not easy on the Arizona with a long podcast it would be nice if they could speak better
This man understands pragmatism. Completely agree with sheikh YQ. We have a major problem with muslims today who have a hardline fundamentalist zealot mindset.
I have learned so much from Yasir qadhi ❤..listen him every day. May Allah SWT bless him and his family ❤
Genuinely love shaykh dr for the sake of Allah. He’s taught me so much. الله يحفظك شيخنا
This is exactly why Dr.Qadhi is so respected because he makes efforts and does not simply do copy paste of past scholars.

Dr Yasir Qadhi is absolutely correct about adapting in Islam, as long as it is sincerely rooted in Islam and not convoluted by external influences. Every generation had to adapt, otherwise we would not have a religion today.

Why cancel him? I find no reason to.
"Around My Name"? No, "Around Me".
Full of jihad words why ?
