Woooah can’t believe this only just got recommended to me!! This is only the best habit to have. It’s one thing to hear a note, and another to actually see it in yourself. Getting rid of that actors voice is always on of the toughest things to do, because it almost feels boring if we’re not doing anything inherently special. So it takes a lot for us to trust ourself. What always helped me was specifically watching the sections between my takes where I’m just talking to my reader about the scene and how I felt. Which is why making videos like this is also great practice!! Keep up all the good work and growing your craft!! Hopefully we can actually work together some day!!
