They should try and instal the electricty and water connections into the precast walls and also connect every unit with the other unit below and above with screws

Hi ; it is a good idea ... but it is need to connect between precast units with welding or screws .... to be one unit against earthquakes or any moving because of heat expanding .... so that to avoid any cracks in finishing in the future ....

I am so proud the Chinese company conducting great job on construction 🏗️🚧 jobs all over the world specially in Africa continent.
They did a lot of projects in Africa continents but they only hire 10% of local work force, the rest is china workers! all finances from China, and Iam for sure the projects don't help local but themself!

How heavy is one of these modular sets being lifted and positioned? Are there alternatives to this kind of crane; I think using this crane, if you are not a small outfit trying to get into this kind of operation, would be very expensive!
The weight of different sizes is different, generally 25 to 30 tons.

Wouldn't help in japan ,concrete cracks during a 7+ earth quake .so I rather use containers to do the same construction .The shape of them seems to be the same size of a 20 ft container.
