I love the coffee machine and the frother. One thing I found is not to use cream in the frothed. Doesn’t froth well I do have a question. I like using paper filters, that came in the set , in the ground coffee insert. Do you have a suggestion on what type to buy. Thank you.
HI there, every milk will froth differently. I've found that some cream froths better than anything else. These are the replacement filters that you can use, amzn.to/4hPhFXp I hope this helps

UX person on this device failed. 4 months in, still cant figure out how to make this button setup work easily each time without pressing it 20 times until it starts. Blinking means nothing to me. Im a UX designer so this I can tell you is the worst I have seen.
hi there, thanks for watching! I'm so sorry you have had trouble, if you're pressing the button over and over you might be starting and stopping it. You have to press it once and it takes a few seconds before it starts. I hope this helps.

Can you use the Nespresso ventro pods or are you only supposed to use the original Nespresso pods?
HI Stephanie, the Nespresso insert that we have is only for original pods. I hope they will add an insert for the larger ones!

Just wanted to let you know that I use unsweetened almond milk in the frother and it turns out nice and foamy.
I'm so glad you have had great success! Cows milk does work best but some brands of almond milk do work well too!

Is your machine loud when it runs? Mine is so loud.
I don’t feel like it super loud but you can hear it brewing!
