How we use Kanban cards at The Closet Doctor

But how do some one knows a product has been re-ordered once the card has been put back with the box ?

When the card is pulled it’s placed on a hook that is “need to order” when it’s ordered it goes on hook that’s “ordered” it based on training and trust and when everyone does their part it work seamlessly and easily

also the box will be fuller since when the card gets put back so does the new inventory
