People have to pay the Cartels to come to the US through Mexico. Since they are coming here anyway why not send ships to both shores (east/west) of Guatemala and bring them to the Coastal States and drop them off. Charge them a fee half what the Cartel would to get here. This takes away control from the Cartels and then we can go hard on eliminating drugs into the US.
