They all looked so baby-faced and innocent lads, such a close bunch. Stephen stood out to me though, such an innocence that he portrayed right throughout his short-lived but successful career. He was the shining light of BZ, no wonder the sparkle disappeared after Steo departed this world. Never will I forget you sweetie, you will forever hold a special place in my heart and will be loved always. Until we meet in heaven. xxxx
This was a band created by fate not just by auditions, it feels like they were destined to meet each other and become friends, seeing their videos it feels like you're there with them watching them grow together like a family, feels very real, till date i haven't seen any band with this much chemistry, its sad this era ended especially after Stephens passing, but one day these guys will be together again, reborn in another life singing and dancing their hearts out. 🙏
I didn't realise when I liked boyzone at the age of around 12 to 14 that their songs were covers. They all we're pretty much and the stories where they would tell how they knew each other growing up was absolute rubbish. They didn't know each other at all before being put together.. Must admit I thought Shane was absolutely gorgeous at the time and watching again he most definitely was. Mikey was too. I will never understand why they didn't let Mikey sing more lead vocals as Ronans voice is terrible with that horrible growling he does and pronounced his S words Shhh
