Just heard about Abbey Theatre as I was reading a book about W.B.Yeats and read that he was one of the people responsible for starting Abbey Theatre, so I decided to find you on my computer. I've just got home and it was good but I'm so confused!!! Why were you selling coal, or drawing it, or becoming it!? Why was Audrey being beaten up and put in the freezer!? Why was she suddenly the wicked stepmother!? Why does the pram roll away!? Who fell in the water!?
Did I need to do actual research before this!? I've never read Greek plays!? WHAT IS GOING ONNNN! It was good but it felt like I was missing 20 minutes of context! The lady beside us said it was pretentious, but I don't even know what that was about! HELP ME UNDERSTAND!!
