The park in not that bad...its Alvarado Blvd that's the problem. The cops look the other way. There is still alot of crime and selling of fake documents on Alvarado...but the city does nothing. I live on Wilshire and I walk my dogs everyday. Homeless are still a problem. Mostly because no one does anything to remove them. They just let them wonder around making a mess. They should invest money into policing it.
They need to clean this place up like echo park.

Worst park in LA unfortunately but awesome views of the skyline. Just about it.
