Your videos were very helpful to fix my harmonium. My harmonium was messed up pretty bad and I was scared to get my hands on it. And I couldn't take it to a repair shop either. It was left alone on my cupboard and I forgot about it. Your instructions were crystal clear and it was so damn easy to fix. Thank you man!

I'm not hearing that you have gotten inside to look at the actual reed. You'll need to look at the reed to figure out if it's broken or stuck or out of adjustment, etc. Open the harmonium, check it out, adjust it if necessary - if nothing works, you can replace it. I HIGHLY recommend this book as an easy / clear guide on most adjustments: amzn.to/3zx1Hjo
The maintenance section in the middle of that book is phenomenal and not overwhelming. Hope this helps!
